How to create Gift Card in Magento 2 website?

The Gift Card Pro for Magento 2 dashboard helps you produce printed plastic gift cards, virtual email gift cards, or a combination. You can create gift card products with various pricing structures and keep track of all purchases. Your customer applies the gift card code, such as BIRTHDAY_GT432, at checkout. 

Before selling gift cards, you must create a campaign code pool. Then, link a product to the pool. A gift card code is active after the customer pays the invoice. You can configure the settings, so customers can use a gift card until the balance is zero or select single to allow a one-time buy.

Magento 2 Create Gift Card Configuration Setup

Create a Magento 2 gift card template. On the left-hand side of the dashboard, make the following selections:

• Enable Store View
• Products > Template > Create New Template
• Name Your Store (This is Your Gift Card)
• Pick a design
• Select the background image
• Select background and text colors
• Fill in the information blocks
• Save changes

Create Magento 2 Gift Card Add Product

Go to products > catalog. Next, go to:

• Add product > gift card
• Product name (the store you set up previously)
• Advanced settings > deselect Use Config Settings
• Select manage stock > check the dropdown box. No
• Click done

Scroll to categories and check gift cards in the dropdown menu. Add the promo image and save the product. Enable the Magento 2 gift card extension free by selecting yes.

• Specify the product types available for gift card purchases.
• Enable settings to yes to allow customers to use the gift card to cover tax and shipping.
• Set to yes to enable customers to add the Amasty Extra Fee extension.

Magento 2 Create Gift Card: Multiple Websites

Select yes so customers can use the gift card on various websites. Next, to set up Catalog Price Range Selection:

• Stores
• Configuration
• Catalog
• Price
• Apply Cart Rules to Gift Card

You also need to set the catalog price range to global to activate the gift card on multiple websites. Select no if the gift card is for one website.
