Guide for Age Verification for Magento 2
The Age Verification Module for Magento 2 ensures that visitors meet the minimum age requirements before accessing content on the site:
- Flexible block design customization
- Option to set a redirect page
- Display of a Terms and Conditions checkbox
- Ability to set the Cookie Lifetime duration.

General Settings
Go to Stores → Settings → Configuration →Amasty Extensions → Age Verification
Enabled - select “Yes” to turn the module on.
Verification Age - enter the age required to view the content on your site (according to the laws of the country in which your website is located).
Please note if the minimum required age is changed, the popup is displayed again to all users.
Add Terms & Conditions Checkbox - enable this setting to show a checkbox with Terms&Conditions in the popup.
Consent Text - specify the text that will be displayed in the checkbox for Terms &Conditions pop-up if Add Terms & Conditions Checkbox setting is on.
Please note that if the Terms and Conditions checkbox is enabled, then it is always mandatory.
Cookie Lifetime - specify the number of days during which the verification popup will not be shown to the user again when confirming the age (if the age value has not been changed).
Verification Pop up Customization
Go to Stores → Settings → Configuration → Amasty Extensions → Age Verification → Verification Pop up Customization
Title - the specified text is displayed in the popup title.
Content - the specified text is displayed in the popup.
Confirmation Button Text - the specified text is displayed in the age confirmation button in the pop-up.
Rejection Button Text - the specified text is displayed in the age discrepancy button in the pop-up.
Rejection Button Redirect Url - specify the link to the page to which the user will be redirected due to the age discrepancy to view the content on the site (if the page is not specified, then the redirect will be to the browser).
Design
Go to Stores → Settings → Configuration → Amasty Extensions → Age Verification → Verification Pop up Customization → scroll down
In this space, you can customize the design of the pop-up, which will best match the style of your site.
